1. General Policy
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final unless items are defective or incorrect.
2. Eligible Returns
We will replace or refund items if:
The item is damaged
The item is defective
The wrong item was received
3. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size selection
Minor color variations
Incorrect address provided by customer
Worn items
Washed Items
Stained Items
4. Reporting an Issue
To report an issue:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos and order details
5. Refund Process
If approved:
Replacement item may be sent to customers
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary
6. Donations
All donations are:
Non-refundable
Not exchangeable
Not tied to product purchases
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. You can reach out to us within 4 hours of purchase but there is no guarantee the order can be cancelled.
8. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Delays caused by carriers
Incorrect address input upon checkout
