After taxes and fees are deducted, then 100% of the remaining donations goes into the donation fund.
If when filling out the donation form you check the box which allows you to cover the processing fees we have to pay on all transactions, your primary donation amount is not affected by fees, again because you would be covering them.
Minimum, the donation transactions, unfortunately, are still subjected to taxes.

Yes absolutely.
In order to truly have 100% of your donation go into the donation fund, is to place a product order along with your donation.
Why is this the case? This is because when someone places a product order and makes a donation, in the same checkout transaction, we cover all taxes and fees will the revenue generated from the product sale amount. This allows us to actually transfer 100% of your donation amount into the donation fund and also maximizes donations because, after covering taxes and fees, a minimum of 30% from the remaining product sale revenue still gets transferred into the donation fund as part of our company donation model.
All donations are transferred in full to the donation fund. Our business absorbs all order taxes, fees and costs from the product revenue.

No, unfortunately donations are not currently tax deductible for our donors YET. We are currently still a smaller startup and are designated only as a LLC but are working towards growing and creating our non-profit 501(C)(3) so all donations are tax deductible and tax free.

Transparency is a major part of our core beliefs. All donations, currently after taxes and fees, go 100% towards the donation fund and are strictly never used for anything besides community support.

If you donate $100, taxes and fees are taken out NOT BY US, and then 100% of the remaining donation is added to the donations fund.
We are making strives to have a fully operational non-profit so donations are not taxed and are tax- deductible but we need your help to grow.

Yes, HOWEVER, as we are still growing we are not actively seeking volunteers at the moment. This DOES NOT mean you cannot volunteer via our “Volunteer” page. When we do need volunteers we will defiantly be reaching out to those signed up.

Very important question and we love this question because it allows us to demonstrate our transparency.
First, all donations are strictly deposited directly into a dedicated account used exclusively for community support. These funds are strictly held there and never used for any business operations, marketing, or payroll.
Secondly, we have a donation ledger anyone can view via link from our Home or Donation page. All donations are tracked here for additional record keeping and additional transparency.
Thirdly, when funds from the donations given are removed and used we document the transaction in the ledger and we document what the funds are used for and we also try and have the beneficiaries post about what we helped them with if they can like food shelter supplies, animal shelter supplies, homeless donations.
